3. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Interest rates, factor rates, origination fees, and other terms are determined by the lender. All applicable fees will be disclosed in the lender’s final agreement. The Loan Master USA may receive compensation from lenders if funding occurs.

7. Electronic Communications & Signatures

You consent to receive disclosures, agreements, and communications electronically (E-SIGN Act). This includes SMS notifications regarding your application status. Electronic signatures are legally binding.

8. Privacy

We collect and process information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Please note: No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
